2 - Exhibited involvement and some leadership in the current semester
3 – Currently involved in our discipleship process
4 – Must be free to attend Leadership Training Conference (LTC) time: April 14-16

3 – Required attendance at LTC (April 2023) and Fall Retreat (Sept 2023)
4 – Ability to take on and execute ministry responsibilities (Term of commitment is April 2023 to April 2024)
